Dori Spade is a 17-year veteran of the managed services (MSP) industry. Holding leadership positions in service delivery and General Management with three MSPs from 8 million to over 100 million, Dori has been responsible for MRR (monthly recurring revenue), NRR (non-recurring revenue), and profitability, as well as building successful teams and client retention. During her tenure, Dori has worked tirelessly to master her craft, focusing on revenue growth, building highly successful teams, business process improvement, go-to-market strategies, leadership development and sales optimization.
Known amongst her peers as a leader, mentor and coach, since the exit of their MSP in 2023, Dori’s passion has been to use her skills and experience to help others in the MSP and Channel partner industry find their competitive edge and achieve their goals.
Dori works with executives and their teams to understand where the key opportunities for improvement are to successfully increase revenue and profit, client retention and satisfaction, and build great team culture. Dori’s leadership style is to roll up her sleeves and work with all areas of the business, teams, and partners to provide proven processes and actionable results.
Prior to her career in professional services, Dori served in the U.S. military, where she learned the value of resilience and integrity. These values are the foundation of her career success and personal growth and continue to be the driving force in each new opportunity.

Brian Hoppe has been in the Managed Services industry since the early 2000s, earning his Bachelor's and MBA from Baylor University. With over 20 years of experience in the space, he has worked in various roles, from technician to CEO, and has successfully bought, sold, and grown multiple MSPs, managing MSPs with revenue up to $35 million. Brian's deep understanding of the industry, combined with his leadership and coaching expertise, helps MSP leaders maximize their personal potential and enterprise value. He is passionate about helping MSPs achieve their version of success.
Mark Kirstein is a seasoned management consultant with over 30 years of experience spanning multiple technology domains. With a strong foundation in both Electrical Engineering (BEE) and Business Administration (MBA), Mark has directed his focus towards the convergence of Artificial Intelligence, privacy and cybersecurity. His primary objective is assisting companies in integrating Al strategy, risk, governance, and compliance considerations into their business planning processes. He brings a wealth of hands-on experience across various industries, including Healthcare, Software as a Service (SaaS), Manufacturing, Retail, and more. Mark's expertise is validated through certifications in Al (AIGP), cyber security (CISSP), and privacy (CIPP/US).
Jesse Miller, founder of PowerPSA Consulting and creator of the PowerGRYD vCISO System, is a trailblazing information security leader and cyber risk strategist. With extensive experience in technology operations, information security, and regulatory compliance, Jesse is a recognized cybersecurity expert and respected voice in the MSP community.
